Cutter diameter compensation makes it possible to program workpiece contours independently of tool geometry. One license is necessary for each axis group.

Separation processes (laser cutting, water jet cutting)Cutting processes (milling, turning, drilling)
Functional scope:
mapp Robotics automatically calculates the actual contour taking into account the current tool. The tool radius is specified in the individual tool data and defined by the tool data number. The finished contour can thus be programmed without having to take the tool being used into account during programming. Cutter diameter compensation includes automatic bottleneck detection.
